Green Smoothie “Back to Reality”
2 Cups of kale
¼ Cup of pineapple (frozen pineapple works too)
1/2 Banana (frozen)
6 to 8 Almonds
2 Tb of Greek yogurt (plain)
1 Cup of coconut milk or almond milk
Stevia (add to taste)
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blenduntil smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Poor into a glass and enjoy.
I prefer to use frozen fruit in my smoothies because it’s convenient and gives my smoothies a nice thick texture, but you can use regular fruit instead.
You can choose to add in any extras you like to the smoother for example: chia seeds, oats, almonds, turmeric, hemp hearts, flax meal, ginger.
