I’m a saucy girl! This sauce makes my taste buds dance!! It’s delicious on just about anything (maybe not ice cream haha).
My husband and I purchased an air fryer a few months ago and decided to make Peruvian chicken thighs and try my hand of one of my favorite sauces. I’ll post the chicken marinade in another post. I also discovered that it was amazing on chicken wings!

I found this recipe super easy and extremely yummy!
3 jalepenos (with seeds)
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
2-3 tsp lime juice
3-4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp (or more) Cotija cheese (or Parmesan)
2-3 tsp of olive oil
20 cranks of Black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
Blend well in mixer . This sauce can be enjoyed up to one week if stored in airlock container in the refrigerator . I use an 8 oz mason jar.
